  • Study at Your Licensed Sponsor Institution: You must study at the university or college that issued your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS). Changing your course or institution requires official permission.

  • Course Attendance: Regular attendance is mandatory. Missing classes or disengaging from your course without valid reason may lead to withdrawal and visa cancellation.

  • Work Restrictions: You may work up to 20 hours per week during term time (10 hours for certain courses or institutions).You can work full-time during official holidays.

  • No Access to Public Funds: You are not permitted to claim benefits or access public welfare schemes while on a Student visa.

  • Police Registration (if applicable): Depending on your nationality, you may need to register with the police upon arrival.

  • Keep Your Immigration Documents Updated: Maintain a valid passport and visa at all times. Report any lost or stolen documents to the Home Office and your institution immediately.
